Small double available in a big flat

*** We can’t accept students*** Hi guys! We are Pati and Caoimhe and we're looking for our new flatmate. Move in date is 2nd of October.

We have a small double bedroom going, with king size bed (with two handy drawers) and a huge wardrobe. You'd be sharing the bathroom with only one other person. The room gets an afternoon sun so it's nice and bright. The rent is £713.34 and the bills come up to £105 and that’s based on winter months. We also have a fortnightly cleaner who comes to clean the communal areas and that is £20 pp per month.

The flat is really spacious spread over two floors, with a big eat in kitchen and a big shared lounge. Unfortunately no garden or balcony but we're close to four parks perfect for the sunny days. There is loads of buses within 2 mins walk taking you down to Shepherds Bush, Hammersmith, Acton, Maida Vale. Two tube stations within 10m mins walk and the famous Westfield 15 mins walk. We have a small Sainsbury's just behind the corner and bigger supermarkets bus journey away. We are off Uxbridge Road in the Groves area with few pubs and restaurants around.

A bit about us: Pati, originally from Poland working as a PA/House Manager and Caoimhe from Ireland working as a teacher. We both work hard during the week but love socialising during the weekend.

We are looking for a clean, tidy and respectful female professional to come and join us.
