Hi, me and my boyfriend are looking for someone to join us in our pleasant 2 bedroom flat with a garden, patio and living room.

The available bedroom comes fully furnished with a double bed, wardrobe and drawers/bedside table. The living room is spacious with a comfortable sofa and desk. The kitchen is stocked with utensils, pans, gas cooker, fridge/freezer and washing machine. There is additional storage space for you if needed.

Located on a quiet street, the flat is walking distance to Chiswick, Shepherds Bush and Hammersmith areas. There are many good bus routes nearby and the closest tubes are Ravenscourt Park(District) and Shepherds Bush Market(Ham&Circle).

We're looking to find a friendly person who likes a calm and tidy home. We hope you will enjoy living here as much as we have. Myself and my boyfriend take responsibility for cleaning of the shared areas (bathroom, living room, kitchen, hallway, patio) and simply ask that you tidy up after cooking etc.
