I have a double room with own roof terrace available in my maisonette near Askew Road and Wendell Park. Unlike what the ad says, I am not a live out landlord but rather I live in the flat along with one other lodger (see other advertised room). I also have a small hypoallergenic Maltipoo dog, Harley.

The room shares a bathroom with one other lodger.
The household is quiet, clean and non-smoking. Everyone cleans up after themselves and shoes aren’t worn indoors. Between the two lodgers and myself we will decide if we do a cleaning rota or get together to hire a cleaner.
The flat also has a kitchen with washer/dryer, dishwasher, microwave, air fryer etc.
The rent is inclusive of all bills and WiFi.
