The new tenants would start a new contract with the letting agent. The letting agent asked us to help find replacements.

Please note that the smallest bedroom comes with a single bed. (the landlord can remove this if you want to put your own bed. It can fit a double.)

We have loved living here. The area is super lovely and safe. And the flat feels like a proper home. There’s lots of restaurants and shops within a short walking distance and Shepards bush is a great area with a gig hall and theatre and loads of bars and shops nearby.

Uk guarantors are needed if you don’t earn £80k combined.
