Double room in Shepherds Bush

Hi all, Hi girls!
We have a double room available in our 4 bed flat in Shepherd's Bush from May 18th. Sadly our lovely housemate got a job in Switzerland and is unfortunately leaving us!

The rent is £750 a month with bills not included (usually around £100). Flat is literally a 2 min walk to Goldhawk road tube, Sainsbury’s and Tesco. 10 min walk to Shepherd's Bush Station (central line/overground), lidl and Westfield, to covers all bases!

It's a friendly flat, where we like the odd Netflix night, but also appreciate eachothers space. Whilst we are a sociable flat, it's a flat of working professionals, so is not a party flat.

You would be living with:
Me, working in fashion, hooked on MAFS aus iykyk
Hastings, works in consultancy, up for a chat any time of day which has it's pros and cons (I'm not a morning person 😂)
Laura, works in a nursery, provides TV recommendations improving on MAFS 🤣

We'd love someone of similar age and a young professional. We are an LGBT+ friendly household.
