Hi all!

We have a spacious double room with a private balcony available in our 4 bedroom flat in Shepherd’s Bush from the 1st of July 2026.

Rent is £850 per month, with bills not included. Bills are usually around £100 per month.

The room is a great size, with a large window and a door leading out to your own private balcony. It's also south-facing, so it gets plenty of sunlight throughout the day, which is especially nice during the winter months. During the summer, it's the coolest room in the flat thanks to the lovely breeze that comes through from the balcony. The furniture included with the room is the bed frame and mattress, chest of drawers, and wardrobe only.

The flat is exceptionally well connected. It's just a 2-minute walk to Goldhawk Road tube station (Circle line, Hammersmith & City line), a 15-minute walk (or just one stop from Goldhawk Road tube station) to Hammersmith tube station (lines: Piccadilly, District, Circle, Hammersmith & City), a 10-minute walk to Shepherd’s Bush station (Central line, London Overground, National Rail services, and the main bus station). There are also several bus stops just a 2-minute walk away, with routes including the 72, 94, 95, 148, 207, 220, 237, 260, 272, 295, SL8, N72, and N207.

The flat is located on a quiet residential street, so it's peaceful while still being just one road away from the main high street. Within a 2-minute walk you'll find a Local Sainsbury's, a Tesco Express, a pharmacy, Shepherd's Bush Market, as well as a great selection of cafés, restaurants, off-licences, and independent shops. Westfield London and a large Lidl are around a 10-minute walk away, while a large Tesco is about 15-minute walk away. The flat has four bedrooms. The four of us share one separate toilet, one separate shower room, a kitchen, a living room, a balcony, and plenty of storage cupboards.

We're a friendly household that values being clean, tidy, respectful, and considerate of both the shared spaces and each other. We like the flat to feel like a home, where everyone is happy to have a chat or the occasional Netflix night, while also respecting each other's personal space and independence. We're all working professionals with our own friends and routines outside the flat, so it's a relaxed, sociable home—not a party flat. We're also an LGBT+ friendly household.

We're looking for a working professional aged 24–34 who would enjoy and fit into this kind of home. If you're friendly, considerate, and looking for a relaxed household where everyone gets on well while respecting each other's space, we'd love to hear from you.

Just a quick disclaimer: if you've recently seen another advert for this flat, there's nothing to worry about! It's simply a coincidence that two of our long-term flatmates are leaving within a month of each other. One has relocated to Switzerland for work, while the other is moving out after nearly 7 years in the flat to buy their first home—also in this area, which says a lot about how great the neighbourhood is! We recently found a lovely replacement for the first room and are now looking for one final flatmate to complete the household.
