I’m moving out of my lovely room in Shepherd’s Bush to be closer to work, and I’m helping my landlord find someone to take over my spot.

The room is furnished with a small single bed and plenty of storage. You’ll be sharing a fully furnished and well-equipped flat with three friendly young professional girls, Lauren, Tania, and Elsa, all in their mid-twenties. The flat has a spacious open-plan kitchen and living area, a bathroom, and a cute little balcony that gets the morning sun ☀️

The location is amazing and super well-connected, with about a 7-minute walk to Goldhawk Road (Circle and Hammersmith & City lines), around 15 minutes to Hammersmith (Piccadilly & District lines), and 15 minutes to Shepard's Bush Station (Central line).

Rent is £836/month, all bills included (even council tax!), which is a great deal for the area. I’m looking for another girl between the ages of 20 and 28 to take my place. The move-in date is flexible, but the room will be available from early to mid-June.
