We’re looking for someone to take the big bedroom of our cosy flat as my flatmate is moving away, his original ad (18256471). It’s such a lovely home, so I’m really hoping to find someone who’ll enjoy the space and make it their own too.

A bit about the flat:
- 2 bed, 1 bath, open plan living/kitchen area with double glazed window (iykyk)
- Spacious bedroom with inbuilt wardrobes and desk.
- In front of Shepherds Bush Market station (Circle, Hammersmith & City), 7 minute walk from Shepherds Bush station (Overground, National Rail. Central line).
- Cheeky walking distance to Hammersmith bridge (and the pubs!), Chiswick, and Holland park.
- Rent: £975 (bills around £150) 1 month deposit.

And about me:
Hey, I’m Eunice, 26 year old Korean born and now a London girl 😊 I graduated from the University of York in 2021, worked in Oxford for a bit, and have been in London since 2023 working in comms. I’m pretty active- I go for runs, play tennis, and recently started learning golf (still very much a beginner!). I love socialising, whether that’s going for a pint, grabbing a coffee, a walk, or just chilling on the sofa. That said, I do really value my “me time” as well to recharge.

Last but not least…about you:
Ideally, I’m looking for a girl around my age who’s happy to move in from 28 July. It’d be great if you’re working full-time, tidy, and generally respectful of shared spaces. Someone sociable who’s up for the occasional chat, shared meal, or drink would be lovely but equally appreciates their own time and a calm, easy-going home environment. I’d love the flat to feel like a home to you as much as it is for me <3
