Large Double Room in Shepherd's Bush

Heya, I'm moving out of my lovely room in Shepherds Bush to move in with some uni friends and I'm looking for someone to take it over!

Room is available from 18th July, and is £925 a month. Bills are usually £90-100 per month (including council tax and strong WIFI). Deposit is £925 (1 months rent).

The Room:
The room is well sized with a king bed, and the chest of drawers, rail, bed and bedside table all come with the room. There’s not a desk in the room at the moment, but if you need to wfh there is space to add one, or we have the living room table which is what I use. I’ve loved the big windows which get lots of sunshine. 🌞

The Flat:
The flat is on the top floor of a mansion block (there is a lift) and comes with a recently renovated kitchen, a living room with great views of the city and two full bathrooms.

You'll be sharing with:
- Jael (25, TV Runner from Italy)
- Venus (26, HR Consultant from Hong Kong)
- Gargi (24, Management Consultant from Denmark).
We’re looking for someone who’s respectful, of both other flatmates and the spaces that you’ll be sharing. We’re all pretty sociable, and love a good chat about our days in the kitchen. Venus works from home 2 days a week, Gargi mostly in the office and Jael in the studio every day.

Location:
We’re really conveniently placed near Shepherd’s bush (central and mildmay), Goldhawk (circle/ Hammersmith & city) and walking distance to Hammersmith station. Also loads of supermarkets, shops and restaurants close by.
We’re right in the heart of Shepherd’s Bush, so if you’re wanting complete silence outside your window maybe not the place for you - but we all love it here.

The flat has recently been put up for sale by the landlady but there has been no viewings and is expected to lake a long time to sell! If an offer is accepted, the landlady expects a minimum of 4 months between then and a sale going through so you'll be able to stay in the flat for a while!
