Single room in bright Shepherds Bush flat

Hello, I’m looking for a flatmate to move into my spare room. I’m open minded on age/profession, and pets are very welcome. Move in date is also flexible, room is available now. I’d like whoever moves in to really feel at home so working from home/having guests etc is very welcome, although through the working week particularly I like to keep the flat and relaxed and chilled space.

The room:
The room contains a single bed which can be folded out into a double, plus a large fitted wardrobe, desk, and lots of shelf space
£750 a month inclusive of all bills

The flat:
Large sitting room, one modern bathroom, lots of storage
Conveniently located with Shepherds Bush Market station nearby. The district line (Stamford Brook) is also walkable, with a bus stop very close to the flat with regular buses to Shepherds Bush Station/Westfield.

Me: I’m 33 and work as a civil servant. I travel a fair bit with work, so there are long stretches where I’m away. I enjoy cooking, runs/gym classes and winding down with trashy TV.
