Bright room in Beautiful flat in Shepherds Bush

We are two female professionals both working in the fashion industry, looking for a housemate to share our beautiful Shepherds Bush flat with. The room is available from the end of June.

The flat is light, clean and spacious. The available room is the smallest in the flat and overlooks the front of the house, with plenty of natural light. Communal kitchen and living areas are both spacious with shared TV, dishwasher, microwave and washing machine.

The flat is well-connected with plenty of local amenities on the doorstop. For the Hammersmith & City Line, Goldhawk Road tube station and Shepherds Bush Market station are both 10/15 mins walk away. Shepherds Bush Station is 20 mins walk away. We are also close to the lovely Ravenscourt Park and within walking distance from the riverside. Westfield Shopping centre is also close by.

You will be living with Grace (30) and Charlie (32) We both have our own separate social lives but love watching TV together in the evenings, going out for drinks, walks in Ravenscourt Park and other lovely local spots! We’d love to find someone who is clean, tidy, sociable and respectful to move into our spare room from the end of June and share this lovely space with us!

Bills currently- £123
(can fluctuate throughout the year with changing prices) we as a house do have ongoing subscriptions for washing tablets and dishwasher tablets and loo roll so we never have to worry about buying, which is included in this price!
