Hi everyone!
My lovely housemates of the past 2 years are moving on this summer, so I’m looking for some friendly new people to join me and hopefully keep hold of our lovely home. ✨

About the house:
-1 large top-floor double room with en suite — suitable for a couple (£1300 pcm)
-1 double room with shared bathroom — ideal for a single person

Bills are usually around £90–£120 per month, depending on the season and number of people in the house.

The house has:
A cosy open-plan kitchen/living area
A small outdoor space
A small shared office space for anyone working from home

Location
Around a 12-minute walk to the nearest tube Hammersmith & City line
Lots of shops, cafés and essentials within a 10-minute walk

About me: I’m easygoing, creative, tidy-ish, and work in the office Mon–Fri.
Looking for kind, friendly, tidy people who want a relaxed, comfortable home and are up for an occasional hangout 😊
