I have a fully furnished 1-bedroom flat in Shepherds Bush green.
2nd floor of tower block.
5 minutes from underground, over ground and busses.
I'm often away, and only home in summer, so you will get the whole place, but when I'm there I will sleep in the lounge on sofa bed and we would share the kitchen, bathroom, and utility room.
All rooms have their own door.
1250 per month includes internet, council tax, water rates, TV licence.
Just need to pay for electricity and gas on meter.

I'm a 64 year old woman, easy going and quiet, so I'm looking for a quiet professional, non smoker, no drugs, non-party person / couple.
No pets
No parking
No benefits

The people I'm sharing with move out in August, then I will decorate and be ready for new people, early September.
Ideally need someone long term, references and 1 months rent and 1 months deposit.
