The beautiful two-story house comes fully furnished and has been renovated about two years ago.

The room is cosy and has a wooden laminated flooring; The room has a buit-in wardrobe, chest of drawers and a double bed with mattress.

There is a large open plan kitchen with all mod cons incl. tumble dryer, washing machine, 2 fridge/freezers, dishwasher and oven.
The living room is spacious and includes: 2 sofas, a dining table & chairs. There are also a set of French doors leading to the patio/garden area, perfect for summertime!

There are 2 full bathrooms, and an extra toilet downstairs.
We are four girls, all 22-227. We all work full-time Monday to Friday and are pretty independent but will get together and socialize from time to time. They are clean and tidy and respect each other’s space.

The practical stuff: The house is less than 10 minutes’ walk from Shepherds Bush Market station and 20 min from Wood Lane on the Circle/ Hammersmith and City lines and from Shepherds Bush underground station. There are also excellent bus links from the Uxbridge Road, both day and night, along with a bus that stops about 5 min walk from the house. There is a Sainsbury’s local around the corner, and Tesco Metro is 10 minutes’ walk away. The shops, restaurants, cinemas and bars of Shepherd’s Bush and Westfield are a short walk away, and the Uxbridge Road itself has a huge variety of shops, restaurants and gastro pubs. We are close to Hammersmith, Fulham and Chiswick (all great for boutique shopping or a wander along the riverside) or, if the outdoors is more your thing (or are just looking for a lazy Sunday walk to ease the hang-over), we are in easy reach of Cathnor Park and Gardens and the beautiful Holland Park.

The house is bright, clean and neat, with lots of storage space.
Hammersmith Hospital and the BBC are very close to the property.
The rent is £870 per calendar month, Deposit is 1 month and held by Deposit Protection Scheme
