🌞 We're looking for someone to move into our lovely 3-bed house in West London, W12 to replace the current housemate who is moving out to live with a friend.

🏠 The house itself has recently been renovated with a huge open plan living space, a lovely bathroom, and a balcony.

🛌 Small semi-furnished double bedroom with large wardrobe available.

💸 All bills and shared household costs such as cleaning supplies, toilet roll etc are £150

🚊 The house is within walking distance of the District Line (Stamford Brook), Circle/ Hammersmith and City Lines (Shepherd's Bush Market), overground (Acton Central/Shepherds Bush) and Central Line (Shepherd's Bush)

🛍️ It is a 20 min walk to Westfield, or there are smaller shops a 2 min walk away.
Chiswick, Hammersmith, and Ravenscourt Park are all within walking distance

👯 You would be sharing with Rachel (22) and Ozora (33). We would like to keep it a female only household. We are looking for someone who is quiet, friendly, tidy, and a good communicator.

🌱 Vegetarian household is preferred.
