Bright double room in friendly Shepherds Bush flat

I'm moving out of my lovely flat in Shepherd's Bush, and we're looking for someone to take over my room. You'll be sharing with two fantastic housemates: Maksi, a film student, and Hannah, who works in design.

The room is spacious and comes furnished with a queen-size bed, a wardrobe, and a bedside table. The flat also has a large kitchen, a comfortable shared living room, and a balcony.

We're looking for a friendly, tidy, and considerate flatmate. We all have our own routines, but we enjoy catching up when we get home and checking in on how everyone's day has been. It's a relaxed, welcoming home where everyone respects each other's space.

Rent: £810 per month
Bills: approximately £130–£150 per month (including council tax, wifi, electricity, water, etc.)
Deposit: £975 (one third of five weeks' rent for the whole property)
Move in date: 9th August
