Bright Double Room with En Suite — Shepherd’s Bush

I’m a live-in landlord — 30, female, working in the legal profession. Super friendly. I’m in and out of the flat a lot so we would be unlikely to see lots of each other.

The room is bright, spacious, and stylishly furnished, with plenty of storage and its own en suite bathroom.

What’s included: your bedroom and en suite bathroom, the garden, kitchen and the living room. There is no desk in the room currently but I can get one.

Not included: parking, the office, or my bedroom and bathroom.

Rent: £375 per week, paid each Monday. All utility bills and internet included.

Lodging Arrangement
This is a lodger arrangement, not a tenancy — you won’t have a right to exclusive occupation.

A cleaner comes every two weeks and will need access to your room.

The kitchen and living space are shared with me.

Please note the room does not have a lock and one cannot be fitted.

Please be sure the arrangement works for you as it is not an AST.

• Independent, clean, tidy, and respectful of the shared space
• Happy to help water the houseplants and garden when I’m away
• Comfortable living in the flat alone for periods — sometimes weeks at a time, as I travel frequently.

Restrictions: No overnight visitors or Parties.
