2 Double Rooms | Friendly Professional | Askew Rd

We're looking for two friendly, respectful professionals to join our four-bedroom Victorian house on the popular Askew Road in Shepherd's Bush.

This isn't just a house share to us, it's our home. We're hoping to find people who are looking for somewhere long-term, enjoy living in a clean and relaxed environment, and are happy to be part of a friendly household while still respecting everyone's personal space.

The Rooms

We currently have two furnished double rooms available.

The first successful applicant will have the choice of either room, subject to availability. Once one room has been taken, the remaining room will continue to be advertised.

• Spacious double bedroom overlooking the back garden
• Lovely green views
• Carpeted
• Walk-in wardrobe just outside the bedroom, providing plenty of extra storage
Furnished with a wardrobe, chest of drawers and other essentials
Room 2
• Comfortable furnished double bedroom
• Bright and well presented
• Ideal for a working professional
• Walk in wardrobe just outside the room

We'll happily show you both rooms during a viewing so you can choose your favourite.

The House

The house is a spacious four-bedroom Victorian property with:

• Monthly cleaner, who also cleans your bedroom

Location

Located on the popular Askew Road, you'll be close to plenty of cafés, restaurants, pubs, supermarkets and independent shops.

• Shepherd's Bush Station – approximately 8–10 minutes
• Shepherd's Bush Market Station – approximately 8–10 minutes
• Hammersmith Station – approximately 8–10 minutes
• Stamford Brook Station – around a 15-minute walk
• Bus stop just 30 seconds from the front door

About Us

We're both friendly working professionals who enjoy having a relaxed, respectful and tidy home. We each have our own lives, but we also enjoy having a chat, watching the occasional film together, and sometimes going out for a meal or a drink.

We're looking for housemates who appreciate a clean home, are considerate of others, and want somewhere that genuinely feels like home rather than just somewhere to sleep.

This isn't a party house, but we'd love to live with people who are sociable, easy-going and happy to occasionally spend time together.

Costs
Rent: £586.50 per month
Bills: Approximately £150 per month

Bills include:

Monthly cleaner (including your bedroom)

Deposit: £600

There may also be a small administration fee payable through the estate agency.
