Large double room with an ensuite available in a three bed flatshare in Shepherd’s Bush W12 from 20 August! Moving out and looking for someone (couple or single) to replace me

The room is super big, it is the whole top floor of a three storey terraced house, so there's heaps of privacy if you want it. It gets lots of sun, including through a skylight window which is lovely during summer. It comes furnished with a bed, two wardrobes, drawers and a desk, plus has an ensuite bathroom with a shower.

The location is well connected with both Shepherd’s Bush Market (Hammersmith & City / Circle Lines) and White City (Central Line) about a 15 minute walk away.

The other flatmates are three Kiwis (two guys and a girl), all aged mid to late 20s, super chill and friendly and happy to have a beer and a yap! There’s a shared kitchen, living room and cute little outdoor space!

Rent is £1450 per month (excl bills, which usually come to less than £100 per month). Council tax Band E.
