The flat has a living room for socialising with housemates/guests, fully equiped kitchen and a rather lovely terrace where you can sit and watch the sunset (or have a cheeky BBQ).

The flat is a social, professional one with two other guys - Greg works in tech and Will is a teacher at a local school.

There is also plenty of storage space around the flat, with large cupboards under the stairs and in the living rooms suitable for storing bulky items like suitcases, as well as built in bookshelf upstairs.

It’s a 10-minute walk to either Goldhawk Road or Shepherd’s Bush Market (the flat is right in the middle of them) on the Circle/H&C lines, and an extra few minutes to Ravenscourt Park on the District line. Shepherd’s Bush on the Central/Overground is about a 20-minute walk (or a 4 minute Lime if you get lucky with the lights).

Available from the start of September - I'm fairly flexible with dates, so definitely open to discussing what would work.
