• Roof terrace perfect for the summer days
• Large kitchen
• Separate cozy living room
• Split over three floors (one bedroom per floor so lots of space)

• Well connected with shepherds bush market (hammersmith and city) about a 10mins walk away
• 15min walk to shepherds bush overground and central line
• Close to the Westfields shopping and restaurants
• 20min walk into Hammersmith
• 15min walk to ‘big’ tesco

The flatmates/ fit
• We are looking for someone professional
• Clean and tidy
• Sociable hours
• We enjoy hanging out together but also giving one another space
• We each WFH 1 day a week and would like similar
• Caraugh: Im a scientist, I love to cook and im wine so I have friends over from time to time, im also into running and cycling and love a movie night
• Joey: Aussy, content manager at a video game publisher, I enjoy food and travel and gardening our little terrace.
