Cosy Double Room - Shepherd’s Bush

The flat is located in Shepherds Bush near Westfield in a safe and quiet cul de sac.
Transports very good, there's the Central, Circle, Hammersmith & City lines all very close by, also the Overground and lots of buses as well.

Top flat of the building (second floor). The place has 3 bedrooms and you'll be sharing the bathroom with me! Kitchen and living space with a large tv and a nice comfy sofa.

There's no agency, just communicating directly with each other and a good landlord. The room is available from mid September.

£800 pcm excluding bills, but generally comes to about £150 extra. Comes with a double bed, large wardrobe and a bed side table.

You'll be flatting with 2 lovely girls, Sejin (28) and Deran (26).

Sejin is a producer working full time, a mix of working from home and in the office. She’s sociable, friendly and loves travelling. She likes exploring new things, going to pubs and doing outdoor activities.

Deran works full-time as a clinical site manager, working from home and in the office. She’s easygoing and friendly, enjoys a good coffee and bakery, and loves spending time in the park when the weather is nice. She’s also a keen traveller who enjoys exploring new places and trying out new restaurants.

We rotate cleaning schedules and always like to keep the house nice and clean. Happy to have people over but defs not a party flat. We’d love someone who is respectful and mindful of noise, especially during quieter hours.

We’re looking for someone aged 24-32, who is friendly, easygoing, and keeps shared spaces clean. Sorry, no smokers or pets.
