Room overlooking garden in large house

Large room available in a calm and friendly household.

I live at the property but I am semi retired and enjoy travelling so I will be away a lot.

There is one current lodger who is lovely. We are looking for one more to share our chilled and peaceful home.

Shared bathroom- but the other rooms have ensuite facilities so this will not be shared much.

Shared kitchen. Large garden, living/dining room, conservatory.

Both the kitchen and bathroom have been renovated in the last year.

The price is £750+£150 share of bills each month. That’s the current share but if bills go up I will always give at least a month’s notice for a rent or bills increase.

The room may be available before 1 October- we’re having some work done in the kitchen so it will depend on when that finishes.

Please note that I generally don’t respond to anyone who just messages saying “Is this still available”.
