This house is not far from Eats Acton or Shepherds Bush. It’s a fantastic location for commuters!

The double room is bright and spacious, just painted and comes with laminate wooden flooring, and there is a double bed and matress , a big built in wardrobe, chest of drawers and a computer desk.

The house has a large open plan living/ kitchen area with all appliances. There is a washing machine, a dryer, dishwasher and two big fridges. There is a door leading to the beautiful patio/garden.
The living area comes with two sofas, dining table.

There is a bathroom in the ground floor, and another one on the 1st floor. with a separate toilet.

The practical stuff: The house is less than 10 minutes’ walk from East Acton train station and 15 min from Wood Lane on the Circle/ Hammersmith and City lines and 15 min walk away from Shepherds Bush underground station. There are also excellent bus links from the Uxbridge Road, both day and night. There is a Sainsbury’s local around the corner, and Tesco Metro is 10 minutes’ walk away. The shops, restaurants, cinemas and bars of Shepherd’s Bush and Westfield are a short distance away, and the Uxbridge Road itself has a huge variety of shops, restaurants and gastro pubs.
We are two girls anf two boys ( Spanish, French, Polish, Spanish ). We are close to Hammersmith, Fulham and Chiswick (all great for boutique shopping or a wander along the riverside) or, if the outdoors is more your thing (or are just looking for a lazy Sunday walk to ease the hang-over), we are in easy reach of Cathnor Park and Gardens and the beautiful Holland Park.

The house is bright, clean and neat, with lots of storage space.
Hammersmith Hospital and the BBC are very close to the property. Rent is £1,000 pcm , deposit is 1 month and held by Deposit Protection Scheme.
