A large, bright double room is available in a friendly and well-established flat share.

The room is spacious and benefits from plenty of natural sunlight, a large double bed, desk, built-in wardrobe, two bedside cupboards and a chest of drawers, providing plenty of storage and space to work or relax.

The property is currently home to three professional adults, all of whom have lived here for over two years. They’re a friendly and considerate household who enjoy having a comfortable, peaceful home. Everyone gets on with their own lives and routines, while also being sociable and happy to chat or spend time together in the communal areas from time to time.

They’d ideally like someone who is independent, respectful and considerate of others, and who enjoys a good balance between having their own space and occasionally socialising with flatmates. They’re not a party house, but they’re certainly not anti-social either!

The house is clean, relaxed and well looked after, and they’re looking for someone who will fit in well with the existing household and treat the place as their home.

The move-in date is flexible, and an earlier move-in may also be possible. Please message to discuss your preferred date.
