Double Room near Shopherd’s Bush Market Station

My sister is unfortunately moving out of our flat near Shepherd’s Bush Market Station. I am looking for a young professional to move into her room.

The flat is a two bed with shared bathroom, living room, and kitchen. Located on the first floor of a victorian house on a residential street right off Uxbridge Road. It gets loads of natural sunlight and the room is available from October 12th.

The room is quite large and comes fully furnished with a double bed, desk, and loads of storage.

You will be sharing the flat with me, I am an architect working from the office 5 days a week. I am 29, I enjoy painting and tennis. I like to keep the place clean and tidy. I usually clean the flat once a week during the weekend. We can discuss getting a cleaner.

About me - I’m Lebanese, I work in architecture from the office in Old Street 5 days a week. In the weekend I like to go to brunch with some friends, go to art exhibitions, play tennis, paint. Ideally looking for someone who have their own life but happy to chill in the evenings or watch a movie every now and then…

Rent is £1,250 pcm

Bills are about £180 pcm
