Large double room to rent - Shepherd’s Bush

Lovely large double room with ample storage, a large desk and a small balcony, in a big share house with three others. The other three all knew each other before living together, so there’s already a really good communal vibe in the house.

We’re looking for someone social, friendly and clean to take the room. We regularly go out for beers and food, watch football, and generally enjoy having a sociable house. At home, the vibe is relaxed and friendly — we like the house to be clean and tidy, but we’re definitely not the sort of people who are going to send passive-aggressive messages because you left a spoon in the sink. Everyone pulls their weight and we work together to keep the place nice.

Bills are around £120 a month all in. Good WiFi, a quiet street and good neighbours. There’s secure bike parking, plus paid on-street parking.

Really well connected, with the District, Central, Circle and Piccadilly lines and the Overground all nearby.

The room is on the middle floor with 2 showers and one bathroom (shared). The top floor room has a balcony and roof terrace.
