Furnished double room available in a friendly 3-bedroom flat share on Askew Road, Shepherd's Bush (W12). I am moving out early for personal reasons, so the room is available soon.

Rent: £875 per month, all bills included, which covers broadband, electricity, gas, water, council tax and TV licence. There are no extra costs each month.

The room: furnished with a double bed and wardrobe. It is a compact room, ideal for someone who wants an affordable, all-inclusive place in a great location.

The flat: shared kitchen, living room and bathroom. A cleaner comes twice a month for the shared areas. You would be sharing with 2 friendly, quiet professionals.

Location: Askew Road has lots of cafés, shops and restaurants. It is a short walk to Stamford Brook, Ravenscourt Park and Goldhawk Road stations, with good bus links to Shepherd's Bush, White City and Hammersmith.

How it works: The flat is fully managed by the letting agent Acre Properties. I am the current tenant and I will do the viewings and answer any questions about the room and the flat. If you would like to take the room, I will put you in touch with Acre directly, and they will handle referencing, the holding deposit, the tenancy agreement and the deposit. Please do not send any money to me.
