Lovely en-suite room available in Shepherds Bush. The room itself is the biggest in the flat, has lots of space including built in storage space. Room is part-furnished, comes with Bed and white chest of drawers as these are the Landlords. Other furniture in the room can be negotiated.

Living area spans the length of the flat, lovely large kitchen with lots of cupboard space, fridge and freezer space. Dining table to sit and eat meals and sofas to sit and relax to watch tv. Big bay windows let lots of light in to give the room and living area a nice feel.

The road itself is a nice and quiet residential street. Lots of great food and shops just down the road on Uxbridge Road. Shepherds Bush Market station is about a 7 min walk and Shepherds Bush station is about 15 mins walk. By Shepherds Bush is also a big Lidl in the West12 shopping centre and opposite is Westfield White City.

Bills for the flat are between £120-135 a month per person, this includes wifi, council tax, water, electric and gas.

Current flatmates are both working professionals, easy going and relaxed people. Easy to get on with and happy to either become friends or stay flatmates. More than enough living space so it never feels like you are on top of one another. Looking for either male or female professional, easy going, happy to hang out with flatmates from time to time or do their own thing.

Flexible on move out date by a week or so.

We have managing agents that run the property, they will be required to run the usual checks on any new potential flatmate.
