Room in cozy Shepherd's Bush Flat

My current flatmate is sadly leaving London, so her room will be available from the beginning of December.

A little about me: I’m a 32-year-old female PhD student in Anthropology. I’m easy-going, clean, and respectful, and I’m looking for someone who enjoys a chat or dinner together while also being considerate of each other’s space.

The flat has a lovely living room. The room itself is currently set up as a single, but it can be converted into a double. It is on the smaller side, though, so a double bed would take up a good part of the room.

As I’m a student, I’m exempt from council tax. I’m very happy for my flatmate to be a professional, but in that case they would need to be able to cover the council tax themselves.
