We’d be looking for someone aged 25 to 35, friendly, tidy and used to a cleaning rota, who ideally wouldn’t mind the occasional rehearsal in the flat ;)
We have to be quite respectful of the 10pm loud music curfew, as the area is rather quiet and we normally don’t play after 7pm, to avoid disturbing the newborn living upstairs.
