Furnished Double Room 15 mins from Mayfair

A comfortable double room is available in my owner occupied flat in Shepherd’s Bush, with use of the shared facilities. Monday to Friday with weekends by arrangement.

I am looking for a considerate, independent professional who needs a London base during the working week and has their own home elsewhere. The arrangement would suit someone who values a comfortable home, a relaxed atmosphere and mutual respect for privacy.

I am an arts professional. I will consider short lets or a mature student too . I am looking for someone tidy, reliable and easy to live with who has their own routine and appreciates an independent living arrangement. There is a sitting room you can share, a large kitchen, a spare lavatory but not en suite and it is VERY close to the tube!

Sorry I think some of the photos loaded the wrong way up - but there is an option of two rooms.

Rent to include bills. Further details and viewings by arrangement.
