Double room next to Shepherds Bush Market

My flatmate and I are looking for a third person to move into our spare room in the next few weeks.
The house is a two minute walk from shepherds bush market station.
The Landlord is great at sorting out any issues quickly.
I am an advertising creative in Soho and my flatmate works in Westfield which is five minute walk away.
We are requiring all potential candidates to have a job currently in London or lined up to begin in the next month (students don’t have to worry about this).
The preferred move in date is the 28th of October. We are open to discussing anytime afterwards.
