We are two professionals (working in a school and a recording studio), and a masters student (at RCA), all 23yo, looking for a 4th tenant for a really nice house just by Shepherds Bush station, by November 30th.
We'd love someone of a similar age who we can hang out with, go for drinks with, movie nights, etc.
Rent is £912.50pcm each. Holding deposit is £210.50 each. Council tax band E.
We've not chosen bedrooms yet, but as you can see from the photos, all the rooms are nice :)
