1 comfortable single room in a friendly house available from 25th June. Large open plan living room and kitchen, 2 bathrooms and outside patio. Rent £550 per month, excluding bills.

WHAT'S THE ROOM LIKE?
Single room on the first floor of the house. It comes with bed, wardrobe and draws. Bed can be pulled into a double or single depending on preference (both shown in image).

WHAT'S THE HOUSE LIKE?
An end-of-terrace house located on a quiet residential road in Shepherd's Bush. The entire ground floor is an open plan living room and kitchen. The kitchen has a washing machine, newish cooker and microwave. We've got plates and pans etc that we all share, but you're welcome to bring your own. We have a back patio that is used more in the summer months. Upstairs, there's a bathroom with a bath/shower and four bedrooms. We also have a cat (Hurayra!) who has lived here for the last 8 years.

WHAT ARE THE TRANSPORT LINKS LIKE?
5 mins walk to Shepherds Bush Market Station (Hammersmith & City, Circle Line) and 15 mins walk from Shepherd's Bush Station (Central Line) & Shepherds Bush Overground. Travel time to Hammersmith is 15 minutes underground, 10 if you cycle. Paddington and Baker Street are 20 minutes by tube; Kings X and Oxford Circus in 25 minutes.

WHAT ARE THE BILLS LIKE?
We split bills for wifi, water, council tax, gas & electricity, TV license. We anticipate bills to be approximately £150/month each, but please be aware that this is liable to fluctuate.

WHO ARE WE?
We're a group of three girls who became friends as well as housemates after moving in together; our house has a very homely vibe. Lauren (Aussie) is a high school teacher; Heli (Chinese) works in E-commerce at TikTok; Mariam works in teaching and public policy; and Hurayra (cat) is a sweet, cuddly girl with a chronic need for attention. We are a friendly bunch and love to have people over or occasionally to head to pubs together, but we are equally happy relaxing around the house or hanging in our own spaces.

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
We've spent a lot of time making our house feel like a home, so we're looking for someone who is after something similar! We respect each other's space and keep the house clean and tidy (we have a weekly cleaning rota but also tidy up after ourselves, and need someone willing take a fair role in the shared household jobs).
