Small double room for one working female

Terrace

I have a lovely light and airy split-level apartment, right next to Westfield Shopping Centre in Shepherds Bush. 2 minutes walk from the Underground (central line), Overground and numerous bus routes.

I'm looking for another mature lady who is working and needs a base in London, 3 or 4 nights a week (nights to be between Monday and Thursday inclusive). £750 for 4 nights a week and £650 for 3 nights a week.

We will be sharing a bathroom, and you are very welcome to use the kitchen, living room and roof terrace. The flat is always clean and tidy and I clean your room when you're not here and change the bedding and towels regularly.

I have 2 shy older cats, who will become friendly as they get to know you. I always suggest to keep your bedroom door closed to keep your room cat free, although if you like feline company then feel free!

I am self-employed, so work ad-hoc days and times. Myself and my apartment are both very relaxed!
