Double room in warm, creative 3-bed flat — Shooter

We're looking for a third flatmate to sign a contract with us for a beautiful house!

Large double room with a big bed, wardrobe, desk, and big windows. The flat is a 3-bed with a kitchen, small dining area, and a roof terrace for the summer. Three minutes to the park, fifteen minutes to Woolwich station and the Elizabeth line. We are looking to sign the contract from 1st June – rent is £800 for June and then reduces to £734 a month from July. Council tax is included in rent, and bills work out to around £40–50 per person on top of rent. One-year contract:)

We're Anna and Serafina — we met on exchange at Yale, fell into a fast and easy friendship, and decided we should live together. Anna is doing her PhD in architectural design; she weaves, makes films, and is always building or making something. Serafina is doing her PhD on contemporary poetry and is surrounded by more books than any one person should reasonably own.

Between us there's a lot of art, a lot of poetry, a lot of passionate conversation, and a shared belief that where you live should actually feel like somewhere homely. We cook together most evenings and eat properly. We go on walks that stretch into adventures. We love saunas, slow film nights, face masks, picnics, and long afternoons in the library. We laugh constantly. We also know how to disappear into our own work — we both do it — and we deeply respect each other's space and quiet.

We're looking for someone warm and driven, with their own passions and their own inner life, who wants to be part of something like that. Someone who cares — about their work, about the people they live with. If this sounds like you, we'd genuinely love to hear from you!
