Looking for a flatmate to occupy the upstairs room in this beautiful 2 bed/2 bath duplex in the heart of Shoreditch between Dec 2026 and Jan 2027 as I will largely be travelling/away during those months.

I'm looking for someone that's kind, easygoing and considerate.
I work as a full-time consultant so my weeks are quite busy between work and dance class, but I also enjoy hosting and having people over every now and then.
I'm independent and will definitely give my flatmate space, but also enjoy hanging out during free evenings :-)

The apartment consists of 2 double rooms with their own bathrooms (one ensuite) across two floors within this duplex luxury shoreditch warehouse conversion apt. Fully functional kitchen with dishwasher, washer dryer fridge freezer etc and spacious lounge and dining area as well as double height windows and juliette balcony to let in loads of light.

There's easy access to both Liverpool Street Station (~12 minute walk) and Old Street Station (~8 minute walk). There are also several bus stops around the area. Sainsbury's and Tesco are also close by (less than 10 minute walk for both).

Available from 1st April 2025, and viewings available from this weekend (1st February 2025).
