double room with city views is available to rent immediately.

We are looking for a friendly, easygoing flatmate to join us for a minimum of 3 months, however we would love someone to stay longer and help us make it a home! One of us is a BA Modern Languages student at Queen Mary’s and the other is working in HR. We are really friendly and social, but completely respect each others need for our own space! We like to keep the flat clean and tidy :)

The flat is in a six storey block located on the fifth floor - with a lift! There is a well equipped kitchen leading out to a balcony (which then leads to a roof terrace), a shared bathroom with a shower over the bath and a separate WC. There’s no living room, but we’ve managed to socialise and hang out around the house regardless!

The double room is large, big enough to fit a desk, and comes with a large chest of drawers and a double bed.

All bills (gas, electricity, council tax, water, wifi) are included in the £850pcm.

The flat is under a 5 minute to Hoxton Station, and a 15 minute walk to Old Street (Zone 1 Northern Line tube). It is also a 10 minute walk to the heart of Shoreditch, Brick Lane and Broadway Market. Old Street Station is 5 minutes on the bus and Liverpool Street Station is 10 minutes on the bus.
