Double Room in Hoxton 5 Min Walk to Tube

We have a large, bright double bedroom available in our all-female 3-bed home in Hoxton (E2), and we’re looking for a lovely new housemate to join us.

We’d love to live with someone in their late 20s–30s who’s warm, down-to-earth, and respectful - someone who enjoys their own space but is also up for the occasional chat, coffee, or hangout. Keeping the flat clean, calm, and homely is really important to us.
The room is west-facing with beautiful evening light, comes furnished, and has a great view over London.
We also share the space with Mama, our very friendly and affectionate cat, so it’s important you’re genuinely happy living with a cat (she will definitely come and say hello!).

The housemates
You’ll be living with Lexi (29, software engineer) and Charlie (31, freelance video editor). We’re friendly and sociable - we like coffees, trash telly, gaming, and the odd workshop or outing - but also really respect personal space. No pressure to socialise, just a nice balance.

The flat
£890/month (all bills included)
Kitchen, two bathrooms (bath/shower + WC), plus a roof terrace and west-facing balcony — perfect for summer evenings and the occasional BBQ.
No shared living room, but we spend time out, in our rooms, or doing things together outside.
We’re also in the process of refreshing the flat (painting, plants, etc.), so it’s a nice time to join if you enjoy making a place feel like home.

The room
Furnished with great built-in storage and a big window. Open to unfurnished if preferred. Our landlord is lovely and happy for light personalisation.

Location
Amazing spot — 5 mins walk from Hoxton Station; 10 mins to London Fields, Brick Lane, Shoreditch & Haggerston; 20 mins to Dalston. Great cafes, parks, and canal walks nearby, with easy transport to Liverpool Street, Old Street (20 min walk), London Bridge and more.
