Bus stops are 1min away, Old St station 3-4min walk.
Liverpool st is 10-15min walk.

There is a modern open plan kitchen (fully equipped), large living room, big balcony overlooking gardens, elevator, brand new washer/dryer.
Very warm in the winter and cool in the summer because of the green areas surrounding it.
