Double Room in Shoreditch Triangle

About the flat: The flat is on the top (4th) floor of the building and there is only one flat on each floor, so it’s a pretty quiet building. The flat is fully furnished but if there is anything you would like to bring we can make room! The kitchen is equipped with a fridge/freezer, gas stove, nespresso machine, blender, kettle, microwave, and washing machine. Hardwood floors throughout, Virgin media WiFi 200mbps aka super fast even during the height of lockdown, tv with amazon prime, Netflix, and Disney+, there’s also a printer/scanner you’re free to use. Bills (WiFi, gas, water) aren’t included but usually run about £50/month.

The move in date is pretty flexible from mid-march onwards, let me know what you’re aiming for and we can something out I’m sure! The lease ends mid September, but can be renewed if everything is a good fit :)

I adopted a three legged kitten last year, named Frida, so it would be nice if you liked cats as she loves to play :) She's good with other cats so would consider someone who also has a friendly cat.

About me: I'm originally from California and graduated from UC Berkeley before moving to London a couple years ago. I'm pretty lowkey and like going out to pubs/cafes/restaurants but I'm also down for a fun night out (pre-COVID of course). I'm looking for a flatmate that is independent, tidy, and friendly. My current flatmate and I have been living together for the last two years and have never had any issues but unfortunately she’s moving back to Austria. Basic respect, open-mindedness, chill vibes, and a taste for sarcasm have made us compatible cohabitants turned friends and someone on a similar wavelength would be ideal.
