We’re two friendly professionals looking for a new flatmate to join our home in the heart of Shoreditch. I work in sales and events, and Asna works in recruitment. We both work Monday to Friday in the office and are looking for someone with a similar lifestyle (though someone working nights is fine)

The flat is in a great location, within walking distance of Old Street, Liverpool Street, and Hoxton stations, with plenty of bars, restaurants, cafés, and shops nearby.

The flat has been fully refurbished and is fully furnished including a living room. The bright double room comes with a comfortable double bed, wardrobe, desk, and chest of drawers, and is for single occupancy only.

We’re looking for someone who is friendly, clean, considerate, and reliable. We enjoy the occasional drink together, but this isn’t a party house—we want the flat to be a relaxed and comfortable place to come home to.
