Your room will be on the second floor with an additional spacious personal area in front. It comes furnished with a double bed and mattress, a chest of drawers and an open hanger for clothes. Available from 3rd of September. The deposit will be one month's rent.

Flatmate
You will be sharing the flat with me. I am an architect, working in the city. I am a laid-back, quiet & clean person. I like to spend my time reading and writing on my work. I enjoy talking about all the different paths of design and creative endeavours. I like cooking and I make great homemade pasta!

You
I am looking for someone who is clean and tidy, ideally a professional who is working in the city. Respectful of others' space and privacy, appreciates calm and quiet environments. I look for female flatmates only.

A little note about the tenancy process: the apartment building is managed by a company that requires the applicants for the shared tenancy to be in permanent employment and earning at least 30x of yearly income in their share of the monthly rent. You can also provide a suitable Guarantor for referencing. They must meet the above criteria and be a UK resident. Alternatively, you can make your rental payments 6 or 12 months in advance.
