Double room in beautiful Arnold Circus!

The bedroom

Room available from 1 October 2026 (or a few days earlier) in a gorgeous flat in the middle of the unfeasibly beautiful Arnold Circus, a stone's throw from Shoreditch and Columbia Road. Our estate is the oldest social housing in the UK, I believe.

Room is a wonderful space, with a built-in platform bed, a desk and a lovely futon (that turns into a spare bed if you have guests). The room is much bigger than it looks in the photos (see measurement image).

Kitchen and bathroom are both newly-installed, and very nicely done. We have a bikeshed outside if you're a cyclist.

£1300 includes all bills.

Contract runs from month-to-month, so you're not locked in, but by all means stay if you like us. :)

You will be sharing with me, a writer working on a YouTube channel about politics/philosophy, and Robin, who works in finance. It's a quiet flat, and we keep ourselves to ourselves for most of the week - but up for a party now and then!

We talk a lot of politics, but really don't care if you're a conservative or a communist, so long as you're good people. We have a good mix currently.

Strong preference for office workers over home workers.
