Shoreditch Loft

We live in a two-bedroom warehouse conversion on Great Eastern Street. Our current flatmate is moving abroad so we are looking for someone to join us.

Central location in Shoreditch. Huge open-plan living space with tall windows.

Large kitchen with 5 hob stove, island, big fridge and 2 freezers, dishwasher and extra storage room/larder.

Dining table seats 10 people. Living space has 3 sofas and 50 inch TV. We like to host.

Large shared bathroom with walk in shower.

The bedrooms are at the back, away from Great Eastern St so it's peaceful at night. The room is a double with two large windows and recently repainted walls.

I'm a sociable city lawyer, from Nottingham, but equally enjoy my down time. I like being busy during the day and enjoy cooking, writing travel stories or reading in the evening. My partner is in finance, from Atlanta and cooks outstanding southern food. Also enjoys dessert before dinner. We stay fit running or lifting and we prefer a housemate who is relaxed. Please be clean and mostly tidy.

The room is available from 1 August and I’m around for viewings most days.
