Cozy Double Room in Shoreditch

We’re looking for a new housemate to take over our friends room as she’s moving in with her bf at the end of our current tenancy. We love the house and want to stay for another year. The room is available from the 26th of October and the house is in Shoreditch just off brick lane and super close to Shoreditch High Street. The room is a small double with a bed, desk and wardrobe. Rent is £1,033 plus bills which are around £130 per month (£1,150 all in).

We are 5 mins walk from Shoreditch Hight Street overground and about 13 mins from Old Street and 18 mins from Liverpool Street underground.

You’ll be living with two girls. One of us works in accounting and the other in recruitment. Sounds boring… but we are both very social, love a pint, and up for a laugh.

We’re in our mid 20s and work quite locally, we both love to travel, lunch and dinners out, love summer and sun, exploring London, and shopping :)

We are ideally looking for a girl aged between 24-28 who’s sociable, clean and respectful. We have a kitchen, large living room, and a garden :).
