THE FLAT:
The flat is located on Columbia Road in Old Market Square. The layout is 3 bedroom split level. You’ll find amenities such as Boots, Sainsbury’s and Tesco within walking distance and local grocers galore just around the corner. A few extra steps and you’ll find a Haggerston Park, Broadway Market, London Fields, Victoria Park, Brick Lane and Regent’s Canal for all of your weekend antics.

You’ll have an abundance of transport connections, with Hoxton overground 5 minute walk, Old Street tube station 15 minute walk away a myriad of busses to get you into Central within 30 mins at the end of the street.

THE ROOM:
The room is fully furnished, super spacious and right next to the bathroom. Has lots of storage and space for a desk if you need it.

THE HOUSEMATES:
Mary (28, she/her) is an interior architect. Her love language is acts of service, so she’ll always offer to cook you a meal if you catch her in the kitchen. When she’s not home, she’ll be swimming at London Fields Lido

Catherine (27, she/her) works full-time as a nurse. You’ll find her pottering around the house during WFH days, but seemingly vanished to who-knows-where as soon as knock-off hits

YOU:
You’re both seeking a warm environment and appreciate a tidy space. Looking for someone around our age range (24-30ish). Ideally, you’ll keep yourself busy as we both live quite busy lives, but we enjoy each others company both inside and outside of the home. You’re considerate, a solid communicator, and are always down for a kitchen catch-up or a Sunday roast.
