Single bedroom in Shoreditch, 5 min from Old St.

We are a group of Peruvian, an Australian and English young professionals; and we are looking for a fourth flatmate to join us, so different backgrounds are welcome - still we are looking for a non-smoker young professional. We are between 25 and 34 years old, with different schedules (sometimes working from home or going to the office). From time to time we like to go out for a drink or having dinner together, but we also like to respect our own space and privacy.

We have a single-bedroom available from the 3th of July. This is a four-bedroom flat in Shoreditch (5-10 min walk to Old Street, Hoxton Overground station, and next to a Santander bikes station). The flat is aprox 200 meters away from the Britannia centre (gym, pool, sauna, etc).

Also, we hire a cleaning lady who comes every week for 3 hours ( this service costs £40 per flatmate per month).

The room comes with the all the furniture (e. g. desk, drawers and wardrobe). The flat has 2 toilets and one bathroom. The kitchen comes with all the amenities.

The price of the room is GBP700 per month and at the moment all bills are included (e. g. water, electricity, gas, Wi-Fi and Council tax, excluding the cleaning lady). In order to reserve the room, one has to pay a one-month deposit (GBP 700).

*** One important point to keep in mind before reaching out is the tenancy contract (well, technically the lack of one). There is no tenancy contract, even though that might sound discouraging the advantage is that you have the flexibility of leaving whenever is best for you, as long as you give a one calendar month notice. ***
