2 bed flat Shoreditch, room available

I am looking to pass over the contract for my room from end of June. My room is the first room displayed with the bed against the left side of the wall (picture 5). There is also another room with an en suite which is also available. Both rooms are £1700 a month, this does not include bills. The location is on Curtain Road just next to Blues Kitchen just off of Shoreditch High Street. It is a very spacious flat with big rooms, it comes fully furnished and my room has a main bathroom with a bath etc which I use. My flatmate is most likely also moving out around this time so if you are a double looking for a 2 bed this will need to be discussed with her, however I have also put images of her room on here too. This would be a change Of contract situation where all liability would be passed over to you till the remainder of the contract time (October 2026). I am also open to discussing moving out mid July if needed
