Shoreditch
Hi all,
I will be leaving London for a few months. I would love to sublet my spacious double room in the hearth of Shoreditch.
The flat is made of 4 rooms in total, 1 kitchen and 1.5 bathroom. You will be sharing with three more people 2 boys and 1 girl, all very sociable.
We like to hang out together occasionally to the many pubs around or have a bite together in our flat. (Sometimes we hang in my room as it is the biggest of the house). That doesn’t mean is a party house, everyone is very respectful of private spaces and times. We all have very busy schedules but I’ve been leaving here for the past 4 years and never had an issue about queue over the bathroom.
I am looking for someone considerate and tidy as I wouldn’t want my flatmates to have any type of problem during my absence.
I am looking into renting the room for the months of June and July.
